Our experience and expertise in the rapidly expanding self-storage sector has seen C4 deliver multiple self-storage units in recent years for both SME’s and funding institutions. 

Whether dedicated self-storage units or mixed use including self-storage, retail units and small-business office units, C4 have provided Architectural, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services on sites across the UK.

Through sympathetic restoration and refurbishment of heritage assets or the construction of contemporary facilities, C4 have extensive experience in designing and delivering offices, workplaces and retail developments.

Working with our in-house interior design team, we have the capability to provide a full design and fit-out service for unique, individual schemes for private clients and independents, or multiple site projects for national retail chains.

C4 Projects have provided Design and Project Management services through all RIBA stages of work for several independent companies, as well as recognised branded hotel chains around the UK.

We have a wide range of experience in all aspects of Architecture, Interior Design, Cost Consultancy and Project Management, delivering restaurants and bars, fast-food restaurants, and drive-thru units across the hospitality sector and with nationally recognised brands.

We are capable of working on a variety of residential developments across several housing typologies.

These range from rural private bespoke houses to small residential developments and to prominent, large city centre multi-storey residential towers, leading and working with large design engineering at the forefront of engineering technology. 

Our residential offer includes residential care homes and conversion projects including the refurbishment of Listed and historic buildings.
