Located in the heart of Nantwich, adjacent to the river Weaver, the development comprises two buildings, each four storeys high, positioned to the East and the West sides of the site, and divided by a public boulevard.

The buildings provide commercial and retail units to the ground floor and residential to the upper storeys. The West building contains 6 retail spaces and 24 apartments.

The East building contains a flexible or adaptable commercial space, 15 apartments and 14 apart-hotel rooms, together with the provision of function rooms in the upper levels.

Building elevations have been designed to merge with the surrounding properties. Externally, the design proposals incorporate large terrace spaces with seating areas and a central boulevard. The external hard landscape has been carefully designed, incorporating soft landscaping, benches, planters, and trees.
