The development is located within the Sheffield Business Park area, on the boundaries of Rotherham and Sheffield, and together with the current advanced manufacturing park, it creates a central hub to the advanced manufacturing innovation district.

The five units vary in footprint sizes to offer a flexible marketing strategy and suitability for a wide range of potential occupiers. The envelopes of the buildings are finished in metal cladding with a grey colour palette. The barrel-vaulted roofs reflect the airline industry character and nearby properties.

The strips of translucent panels on the facades highlight the corners of the buildings at night and allow natural daylight in to the internal space.

The appearance of the buildings is designed to preserve the industrial character of the area, referring to its aviation related history.

The total development Gross Internal Floor Area is 285,000 sqft including spacious open plan offices. The development was designed and constructed to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standards.
