The approximately 3,040m² site is located in Sheffield’s Devonshire Quarter, just west of the Heart of the City and within 1 km of key retail areas and public transport hubs. The design adopts a clean, robust language focused on rhythm and proportion, with a grid composition formed by piers and floor plates to frame each room.

Floor to ceiling glazing is paired with asymmetrical integrated mesh panels, creating a layered “woven” effect across the façade.

The primary tower is proposed in buff brick to complement the contrasting large grey windows, which incorporate integrated louvres to support comfort and performance. These elements are complemented by a light grey metallic mesh, with the interplay of material and texture designed to shift subtly with changing sky conditions, adding depth and dynamic character to the building’s external appearance.
