The client is expanding into a newly acquired second-floor suite at Royal Cheadle Business Park, with the fit-out designed to support growth while reinforcing brand presence. The project converts an empty shell into a fully functioning professional workplace tailored to the needs of a financial services business.
The layout provides a balance between shared and private environments, including open-plan work areas, breakout spaces, a boardroom, meeting rooms, private offices and a business lounge. A suite of enclosed, acoustically treated rooms enables confidential discussions, client meetings and focused working.

Integrated AV and video-conferencing technology supports modern working practices, while the design prioritises natural light, acoustic comfort and long-term durability.
Materials and finishes have been selected to align with the client’s identity and operational requirements, resulting in a flexible, high-quality workspace that supports both productivity and client engagement.
