C4 Projects acted as Architect, Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, providing coordinated oversight from design through to delivery.
The architectural language responds to the established industrial context, drawing inspiration from the area’s aviation-related heritage through form and material selection. Designed and constructed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, the scheme balances practical operational needs with improved environmental performance.
