Located in central Coventry, the development extends the adjacent Code Student Accommodation to establish a cohesive co-living community across the full site. A twin-tower arrangement was selected to complement the massing and rhythm of the existing buildings while meeting the required accommodation capacity over the 16 floors and podium deck. The design focuses on continuity between old and new, reinforcing a consistent identity across the wider development.

At the heart of the scheme, a raised landscaped deck connects the two towers, providing private outdoor amenity space for residents and strengthening visual and physical links across the site.

This landscaped platform reflects the deck arrangement within the neighbouring scheme, enhancing permeability and creating a legible shared environment. The result is a carefully integrated addition that builds on the existing masterplan, delivering well-planned accommodation supported by communal spaces that encourage interaction and shared living within a dense urban setting.
