Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is expanding its outpatient and community services into neighbourhood locations across the city. As part of this strategy, services currently spread across multiple sites will be consolidated into a single hub at Central Park, 1.5 miles north-east of Manchester city centre.

The three-storey office building comprises two splayed wings linked by a fully glazed atrium. C4 Projects is delivering Architectural and Interior Design services, transforming the ground floor of the East Wing into a specialist healthcare environment.

The new facility will provide 20 individual therapy rooms, three group therapy rooms, three clinic rooms and associated support spaces, with upper floors accommodating office-based teams. Together, these spaces improve accessibility, operational efficiency and the delivery of high-quality mental health care within a modern, non-institutional setting.
