The client is refurbishing its Cheadle headquarters to link two existing office buildings and form a single, larger workplace. A new link building increases total floorspace to approximately 121,000 sq ft and significantly improves circulation and connectivity across the site. Beyond physically joining the buildings, the design introduces new breakout areas, meeting spaces, an executive suite and a boardroom with terrace access.


These spaces create a strong sense of arrival for visitors while supporting collaboration, focused working and senior decision-making.
Energy efficiency measures are integrated throughout the refurbishment, aligning the upgraded headquarters with the company’s forward-thinking approach. The result is a more sustainable, people-centred workplace that enhances staff wellbeing and operational performance, while providing long-term value for both the business and the wider community.
